WARRANTIES
New Systems
All new systems supplied by Ensite I.T. Solutions Ltd are covered by 1 years
manufacturers warranty which covers parts & labour for all parts, and
any warranty issue will proceed on an RTB (Return To Base ) process.
Some items, for example monitors, may be covered by an extended 3 year
on site warranty, supplied by the manufacturer. You will be advised of this.
In line with all major manufacturers & suppliers, the warranty excludes
software corruption ( operating system) & malware.
Malware prevention is the owners responsibility but we can supply this service
for an additional fee..
Support for 3rd party software or devices is not included.
2nd User Systems
All 2nd User systems supplied by Ensite I.T. Solutions Ltd are covered by
3 months warranty which covers parts & labour for all parts within the
supplied system, under an RTB condition ( Return To Base ).
We do not install O/S on 2nd user systems (we do verify it's functionality),
and may remove previous user data and/or programs at our discretion
and thus cannot guarantee the authenticity or otherwise of any O/S.
Please ask for further detail.

Repairs & Upgrades
All repairs & upgrades carry a 30 day RTB ( return to base ) warranty,
conditional on a valid receipt, report, or invoice being supplied to validate
warranty period. The 30 day warranty includes parts & labour.
Any part, device or commodity supplied during a repair or upgrade is covered
additionally below ( labour is NOT included )
Parts & Accessories
All components & accessories supplied by Ensite I.T. Solutions, are covered by
a manufacturers 1 year guarantee.
During the 1st 7 days you may return an UNUSED & UNOPENED product for
refund, you MUST supply the receipt and a 20% re-stock charge ( min £5.00 )
will apply.
If we ordered the part specially for you a 30% re-stock charge ( min £20.00) applies
During the 1st 30 day period, we will arrange for repair/replacement/refund for any
product returned
During the 1st 30 day period, we will arrange for repair or replacement for any
product that we find to be faulty.
During the next 1 month to 1 year period, you should contact the manufacturer
to arrange repair/ replacement.
NOTE: Returns must be submitted with all original accessories ( i.e. install CDs,
documentation, batteries, cables, etc )

basic P.C. operation & is not intended as application or 3rd party support.
Limitations Of Liability
Ensite I.T. Solutions Ltd are limited to providing support for product and service
supplied only, we cannot provide support for problems unconnected with the
service we provided, or issues relating to additional hardware or software installed
by the user.
Additionally, the limitation applies when the user adds additional 3rd party hardware
or software to a system, even within the guarantee period.
Ensite I.T. Solutions Ltd will endeavour to help the customer to a successful resolution
of any issue, but ultimately the responsibility of any such solution lies with the user and
the software or 3rd party hardware vendor.
Components or accessories supplied by Ensite I.T. Solutions will have a valid warranty
and liability only when the user can demonstrate that correct procedure was maintained
during installation and use of product according to the manufacturers recommendations
and/or instruction , this is especially relevant for internal components such as
memory DIMMs, graphics cards, PCI cards, microprocessors etc where special
precautions with regard to insertion/anti-static/power requirement/
cooling/operating system/drivers/hardware & software compatability should be regarded.
